ShBP Academy is an international company founded by Anatolii Bondarenko in 2020.

Having extensive experience in working with IT projects, the budget of which is estimated at millions of dollars, more than 100 successfully completed projects (10+ years of experience in the IT sphere; as a Delivery Manager, Senior Project Manager – for 8+ years), being Doctor of Engineering Science, Professor (pedagogical experience in higher education institutions for 15+ years), Anatolii realized that the knowledge employers require differs from the one that higher educational institutions can give their students, so it was decided to open ShBP Academy.

The ShBP Academy team is engaged in creating courses and training for professions currently demanded by the market. Our Academy has many grateful students, satisfied employers, and exciting experience today.

Each training is conducted by the experts who have theoretical and practical experience in their sphere. At least three experts develop each course. This approach allows students to receive materials that have been checked and approved by several experts and eliminate the possible one-sidedness of providing information.

Each student is assigned to a mentor who accompanies the student in the learning process, checks home assignments and provides recommendations on what should be emphasized to consolidate the knowledge gained.

The process of doing home assignments is accompanied by more effective assimilation of the information provided in the lessons of the modules. In addition, at the end of the course, it will be necessary to complete the final project, where students will have the opportunity to consolidate their knowledge too.
